S T R U G G L I N G 😔 I'm having such a good week - except for my food!
I had two unplanned "binges" this week and I can't nail down exactly why, to stop it happening again. It's not because I'm hungry, it's not because I feel restricted. I ate all the Nutella etc when I came in last night because I felt I deserved it and simply because I like the taste of Nutella and everything else I ate 🤷🏻‍♀️ I had that "well you've ruined it now so might as well start fresh tomorrow" mindset.
But then I'm struggling with how much "bigger" I feel this week, almost embarrassed if anyone sees me, and I know this is just mind games that I need to conquer.
I know I can maintain a healthy physique, a few kg above stage weight and be happy. I just need to take each day by day, plan good nutritious food and a few treats to fit my macros and nail down some realistic goals!
I want to show this side of bikini competitions because it is so much more than that day on stage and I knew this would be my real challenge!

I can honestly say I craved this and enjoyed this more than the Dominos last night. One day of eating crap and I felt like crap.
